Business Development Researcher - Sedalia, MO
Researches potential clients and market information to provide critical information to the Business Development Sales Appointment Setter, so that they are able to contact and set appointments with the potential client(s) for the National Sales Team.
Education/Qualifications:
- Research and/or Data intelligence experience is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
- Computer skills including experience with MS Word and Outlook, as well as internet resources.
Performance Duties:
- Compiles, analyze and interprets lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from our internal databases (the Doug file), market analyst research, business and professional directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Builds client profile using data compiled from various sources, including but not limited to the internet, CDX, CRM and Market Champion.
- Qualifies sales prospects and reports them to Business Development Sales Callers
- Handles inbound email inquiries to research and provide to callers.
- Emphasizes salable features for the potential client as a direct result of the market intelligence compiled.
- Maintains contact information by creating and updating records in a relationship management system.

Receives, tracks and assists in resolving customer inquiries and problems related to the Xceligent products and services. Follows up with customers regarding resolution of inquiries and problems to advise customers of status, further action required and final resolution of customer inquiries and problems.

Field Researcher - Madison/Milwaukee
This is a full-time, entry level position allowing applicants to quickly learn the commercial real estate industry in a salaried position. The primary focus will be on verifying building information, collecting new listing information, identifying new companies and construction, conducting site inspections of recently sold properties and attending market advisory meetings. A college degree is desirable, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a desire to begin a career in commercial real estate.

We are currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant to work within our dynamic sales division. This position will support the inside sales team located at our HQ office in Independence, MO. The successful candidate should have enhanced organizational skills and be comfortable working in fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organize and catalogue prospective customer lists
- Analyze target companies and qualify potential customers
- Conduct research on industry professionals
- Distribute marketing and promotion to target lists
- Manage calendars of sales associates
- Create and distribute contracts to customers
- Follow up on contract submittal
- Process and manage staff activity in CRM
Candidates must skilled and comfortable at communicating to customers, prospects and staff at all levels of any organization. Knowledge and use of commercial real estate research and information systems preferred but not required.
