The American Industrial Real Estate Association is a nonprofit corporation
formed in 1960 for the purpose of fostering knowledge, integrity and efficiency
in the field of industrial and commercial real estate brokerage. The A.I.R. is
recognized as a "working" organization, visibly and constantly engaged in
professional, community and government activities. AIR is an association of
industrial and office real estate brokerage professionals dedicated to
providing superior information, industry standards, services, and education by
mutual cooperation among its members for the benefit of their clients and the
business community.
Without a doubt, the strength of the AIR is the 1200+ members of the
organization. Every real estate professional who belongs to the AIR, whether a
Member, a Non-Member Associate, or an Affiliate Member, plays an integral part
in the success of the association. Each individual member, through their
dedication, expertise and cooperative spirit help to preserve the valuable role
the real estate broker plays in very complex and sometimes-difficult real
estate transactions. By associating with other professionals in the real estate
industry an environment is created that fosters cooperation among peers and
helps to further strengthen the AIR.
The Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) serves the
nearly 1,600 commercial real estate professionals in the Denver metro area.
DMCAR members are also members in the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the
NAR, the National Association of REALTORS®, largest trade association in the
world. DMCAR is pledged to uphold NAR's Code of Ethics.
MNCAR's mission is to increase Commercial REALTOR'S awareness of and commitment
to high ethical standards, to provide programs and services which will help
members grow professionally, to allow them to conduct their business more
efficiently and to encourage legislation supporting business and industry.
Membership in the MNCAR provides access to a dynamic and varied array of
programs and services. MNCAR is a national leader in providing service and
programs to commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange is a commercial property tracking system
created by the Minnesota Commercial Association of REALTORS®. Using the world
wide web as a delivery vehicle, the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange
allows its users to search and update property listings in real time.
The Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange is comprised of over 14,000 fully
searchable industrial, office, retail, and land properties from the seven
county metro area surrounding Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The main power of the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange lies in the
communicative powers of the internet as a delivery tool for fast and accurate
data and information. On top of the ability to update and search the Minnesota
Commercial Property Exchange databases, subscribing members have access to new

In an effort to add efficiencies to the business practices of its members, the
North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors has formed North Texas
Commercial Data Exchange (NTCDX). The NTCDX is a member-controlled commercial
real estate listing and information system designed to improve data quality,
reduce research costs, enhance marketing efforts and return control of the
information back to the real estate professional.
The mission of North Texas Commercial Data Exchange is to provide an affordable,
