The ideal candidate(s) will have the ability navigate web searchers of both public and internal databases with customer service and professional telephone skills. Field Research Driver

The CRE Field Research Driver researches and collects commercial real estate data for the local metro market according to defined company standards and goals. Inputs collected data into CDX software database and performs routine audits of database integrity. Digitally photographs commercial properties for download into CDX system.

The ideal candidate must be self-directed, with ability to plan daily, weekly tasks with minimal supervision. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, able to read and follow a standard city/street map, drive in high pressure traffic, accurate keyboarding skills and minimum 35 wpm typing speed, and customer service and professional telephone skills. MS Excel spreadsheet skills highly preferred.

Sales Comparable Researcher

The Sales Comparables Researcher collects and verifies information on commercial properties that have recently sold for their assigned metro market(s). The SCR will use a variety of sources for this process including: Public Records, Title examination, calling involved parties (owners, sellers and brokers). Once verified and complete the SCR inputs collected data into CDX software database.

The ideal candidate(s) will have the ability navigate web searchers of both public and internal databases with customer service and professional telephone skills. Candidates must be self-directed, with the ability to plan daily tasks based on defined parameters with minimal supervision. Accurate keyboarding skills with a minimum of 35 wpm and ability to pass Sales Comparables assessment at 90% or higher.
