Commercial Research Associate

Position Location:Blue Springs, MO

Job Description:The Commercial Research Associate sets the standard for the highest quality of research activity. The CRA researches and collects listing information for both member and non-member commercial real estate brokers for their assigned metro; working interdepartmentally to ensure the best aggregated data set in the industry. The CRA is also a customer-facing position; responsible for attending a minimum of two Advisory Board meetings each year to build a professional face-to-face relationship with the customer, heightening customer loyalty and retention. Knowledge in commercial or residential real estate is preferred but not required. Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience is required.
