Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Location: Blue Springs, MO

Job Description:Administers all facets of Accounts Payable. Previous experience in a computerized accounting systems environment, preferably a Windows-based application. Minimum of three years’ experience processing accounts payable. Prior experience in G/L and closing process is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Commercial Research Associate

Position Location: Blue Springs, MO

Job Description:The Commercial Research Associate sets the standard for the highest quality of research activity. The CRA researches and collects listing information for both member and non-member commercial real estate brokers for their assigned metro; working interdepartmentally to ensure the best aggregated data set in the industry. Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience is required. Knowledge in commercial or residential real estate is preferred but not required.

Job Description:The Comp Researcher collects and verifies information on commercial properties that have recently sold for their assigned metro market(s). The Comp Researcher will use a variety of sources for this process including: Public Records, Title examination, calling involved parties (owners, sellers and brokers). Once verified and complete the Comp Researcher inputs collected data into CDX software database. Ability to navigate web searches, public and internal data bases. Accurate keyboarding skills and minimum 35 wpm typing speed. Have two years real estate experience, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
