Xceligent Launches Spaceful to Deliver Digital Tour Book Experiences for CRE Tenant Brokers
Interactive Web-Based Application Designed to Facilitate and Improve the Space-Tour Experience
Xceligent, commercial real estate’s partner for data and market analytics, today announced the launch of Xceligent Spaceful, a web-based application for the creation of dynamic commercial real estate (CRE) digital tour books. The easy-to-use solution delivers next-generation space-tour experiences for tenant brokers and their clients while saving time, improving the ability to showcase properties, and strengthening broker-tenant interaction with digital and mobile capabilities.
Using Xceligent Spaceful’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface, tenant brokers can quickly assemble digital tour books and dynamic tour experiences with pre-populated building and space information. Property information is drawn from Xceligent’s proactively researched space and listings data, as well as data from third-party providers. Collaborators can contribute to and edit tour books in progress, effectively eliminating the need for brokerages to painstakingly prepare presentations and marketing booklets from scratch.

Spaceful’s origins stem from an incubator initiative during which participants worked to identify and address common pain points experienced by commercial real estate professionals. Overwhelmingly, participants provided feedback about the inefficiencies of the space-tour process, precipitating the development of Spaceful, which provides not only detailed information on spaces and buildings, but also area information, including restaurants and retailers, notable companies in the vicinity, and overviews of public transportation options.
Once the tour books are created, brokers can share them with clients through a browser link that enables viewing on desktops, tablets or smartphones. During a space-tour, both brokers and tenants can share notes directly on the platform and can upload their own photos in real time.
