Xceligent Files Motion to Dismiss CoStar’s Lawsuit

Today, Xceligent took its first action in response to the lawsuit brought by CoStar (December 2016) by filing a “motion to dismiss.” This filing asks the judge to dismiss, or throw out, CoStar’s lawsuit and further states that the lawsuit is completely without merit and is driven by anti-competitive fervor.
